to order to suite your needs.
Example of IBC
Load Requirements for a permanent stair system:
Landings:
minimum uniformed life load of 100 pounds per square foot Concentrated
vertical load of 350 pounds per square foot.
Handrails and
guards: handrail assemlies and guardsshall be designed
to resist a load of 50 plf.
Uniform load: 50 pounds per linear foot applied horizontally and a simultaneous load of 100 pounds per linear foot applied vertically.
